The Challenge
Citizens was one of several bank sponsors at the Detroit Grand Prix. In a venue competing for attention — racing, food, entertainment, crowds — a logo placement disappears. The brief called for a single asset that could work on social, on-site and inside local Citizens branches.

 The Insight
Detroit has real pride in this event that takes over the downtown streets. Citizens champions the customer journey so they can make the most of the moments that matter. That was the platform: Made for This.

What We Did
I made one video built to work in various contexts. Illustration-led animation added an element of excitement that static creative couldn’t and helped fans get hyped for race weekend.
